No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind, no longer want the item, or made an incorrect selection. All sales are final.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, we will make it right. In these instances, we will process a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Inspection: Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.

Reporting an Issue: If your product is deficit or damaged, you must contact us immediately at alnsarbshar68@gmail.com with your proof of purchase and evidence of the issue (such as photos or videos).

Approval & Processing: Once we evaluate and verify the issue, we will notify you of the approval of your full refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
Unauthorized Returns
Items sent back to us without first contacting customer support and receiving explicit approval will not be accepted or refunded.
